Leadership

Rachel is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and has served alongside her husband in ministry for over twenty-six years.  She is passionate to see the presence of God impact the Bay Area and surrounding regions. Born into a family with a strong Christian heritage, Rachel grew-up around the things of God but did not fully surrender her life to the Lord until age sixteen.  It was through a sovereign visitation of God’s manifest presence outside of a fast food restaurant in Novato, California, that she chose to follow the Lord wherever He would lead.  

Together, Rachel and her husband Caleb have enjoyed ministering as Youth Pastors, College Pastors, and Associate Pastors.  Since 2002, they've served as the Lead Pastors of New Life Christian Center in Novato, CA.

Caleb is also an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God and has been the senior leader of New Life Novato for twenty years. He possesses a high value for unity in the body of Christ and a passion for a Kingdom movement that brings authentic revival to every nation. A love for the nations, solid preaching, and passion to worship Jesus, all characterize his ministry.

He has also traveled extensively and ministered internationally.  Caleb's spent time ministering and/or living short-term in Congo, Russia, India, and several other nations.

Garrett has played on church worship teams from a young age. He plays keys, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, bass, drums, and vocals. His favorite thing is teaching people the simplicity of worship music, and making it accessible for people new to the genre. He also loves playing sports (tennis, volleyball, spikeball), reading books, and playing board games. Garrett and his wife Alexis moved from small-town Idaho to San Francisco in 2022 - they love the culture and weather of the big city. God directed them to New Life when they moved and they've been drawn in by the incredible church family and community. They're expectant for God to use this church to bring revival in San Francisco, and are so happy to be a part.

A San Francisco native who came to the Lord at the age of 12 and found his love and passion for sound in church.  He further pursued sound and audio production through school and interning, working with many Bay Area and international artists in live concert. He has engineered studio albums and mixed audio for full length films. He had the opportunity to do live sound on tour, visiting several countries in Europe, Asia, and most of North America. While on tour, Shaun fell in love with his long-time friend Nella. They married in 2008 and have two beautiful daughters, Jade and Eva. Shaun continues to pursue excellence in sound for God.
