How it all started...
Establishing a church in San Francisco has been a dream for many years. Both Caleb Klinge (senior leader of New Life Novato) and Rachel Klinge received prophetic words about being a multi-campus church.
Almost two decades ago, God gave Rachel a prophetic word about having a church campus in San Francisco. She, along with the NLC community, are convinced that it is time to pursue this word and see it come to fruition.
Rachel's personal family history involved her grandmother, Muriel, being supernaturally healed in SF after coming to the city to seek the Lord, in the 1940's. It was from this encounter with God that Muriel was finally able to conceive and give birth to Rachel’s mother. This moment has always put hope in Rachel’s heart for what San Francisco could be known for – a miracle city! A place of God’s presence, a place of life, a place of healing.

Expanding the vision...
Upon making the decision to proceed with launching a church, confirmation came from many sources, one being, Pastor Kenny Rogers, who has pastored Sunset Bible Assembly of God in the Sunset District of SF for over thirty years. Through his help a building was secured and revamped for use in Potrero Hill.
The Adult Men's Teen Challenge, alongside members of NLC Novato and Sunset Bible, stepped up to help prepare the building and came together for regular prayer and worship nights.

Where we are headed...
Currently, we hold Sunday services every week at 10:30 am and once per month Wednesday prayer and worship gatherings.
We are excited to join the body of Christ in an effort to give a living witness of Jesus Christ to every person in the surrounding area. Seeing God restore the whole person: spirit, soul, and body.
