The baptism of the Holy Spirit is not a spiritual lottery for a select few, but a promise available to every believer. Just as Pentecost marked God's perfect timing when He poured out His Spirit on all people, this same power remains available today. Being baptized in the Holy Spirit means complete immersion in God's power - not a one-time experience but an ongoing condition that requires regular refilling. This empowerment is separate from salvation and provides supernatural power to be effective witnesses for Christ. Many believers hold back due to fear of being misunderstood or concern for their reputation, but God calls us to surrender these fears and live in the fullness of what He offers.
